Founded in 2025 by Tim Retamoza, Colt Construction Group was built on the belief that exceptional construction starts with trusted partnerships, clear communication, and a disciplined process. We take a collaborative approach to every project, working closely with clients, design teams, and trade partners to deliver high-quality results with transparency, precision, and accountability from concept through completion and handoff.

Tim brings almost a decade in leadership experience managing successful and complex multifamily and commercial projects across Florida totaling over $300M in contract value. Colt was founded to bring proper planning and strategic execution to its clients while maintaining transparency in everything we do.
